Job summary

Enterprise is seeking university students for its Management Internship in the United States. The role is part-time and paid at $22 per hour while you complete your final year. You must be enrolled full-time at a four-year university and graduating by June 2027.

Responsibilities include learning to manage a fleet, serving customers, developing marketing strategies and building relationships with customers and coworkers. 20–25 hours per week; 10–12 week program; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be enrolled full-time at a 4 year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in your final semester graduating by June 2027.
• Must have 3 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in December 2026.
• Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
• This position requires a valid unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• You’ll rotate through management tasks and learn to run a fleet of vehicles, supervise customer interactions, and contribute to marketing efforts.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly team competitions.
• Eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
