Job summary

Enterprise Management Internship in Central NJ offers university students real-world management exposure through a paid, part-time role. You’ll tackle challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals, learning fleet operations, customer engagement and marketing strategies while building leadership skills.

You’ll complete intern projects, may participate in incentives, and join a team that values learning, growth, and collaboration in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating by December 2026.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be available to work approximately 25 hours per week during Enterprise business hours.
• Must live within a 1-hour commute to the location within 30 days of start date.
• Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.
• New Jersey GDL program requirements apply for drivers under 21.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills across fleet management, customer care, marketing strategies and relationship building.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; eligibility for incentives.
