Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a current university student for its Management Internship in Indianapolis, IN 46219, starting January 2027. The program offers real-world business and leadership experience, placing interns in challenging roles alongside first- and second-year professionals.

You will develop skills in fleet management, customer service, and marketing while collaborating closely with peers in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

Must be a current Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university graduating in May 2027.
Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in two or more of the listed areas: sales, customer service, management, athletics or leadership roles.
Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 2 years.
Must be able to work 25 hours per week (we work around your school schedule).
Nodrug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

Develop leadership and business skills through hands-on internship activities.
Help manage a fleet of vehicles and assist customers with service needs.
Contribute to marketing strategies and customer relationship building.
Engage with peers and participate in performance incentives and referral rewards.
