Enterprise Holdings invites university students to join its Management Internship in New Jersey for the summer of 2027, offering real-world management exposure and paid work experience.

You’ll work full-time during the internship, tackle projects, learn to manage vehicle fleets, serve customers, and contribute to marketing initiatives. This team-based role emphasizes growth, collaboration and hands-on leadership development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating between Aug 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle with a valid U.S. driver's license.
• New Jersey DMV: GDL requirements for first-time drivers or under 21.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Must live within a reasonable 1-hour commute to the location within 30 days of start.
• Must have 3 months of leadership and/or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition; potential performance incentives and referral rewards.
