Enterprise Holdings is offering a paid Management Internship in Gastonia, NC. This full-time internship (40 hours per week) runs for 10–12 weeks with a starting date of May 17, 2027, at 4820 Wilkinson Blvd, Gastonia, NC or nearby branches.

You will gain hands-on leadership experience, handling customer interactions, fleet management, and marketing activities. As an intern you’ll participate in real projects, compete with peers, and may earn performance incentives or referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be a rising Junior or Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college or university, graduating between August 2027-May 2028.
• Must have three months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start from May 17, 2027.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Join a hands-on internship where you’ll explore management tasks, learn to run a fleet, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects, engage in friendly competition, and may be eligible for performance incentives and referrals.
