Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in High Point, NC, is seeking a Management Internship candidate who will learn to run a business from day one. You’ll be paired with peers to tackle real challenges, build leadership skills, and support customer relations while working in a team-focused setting.

This paid internship offers a 10-12 week program with a May 17 start, exposure to fleet management, and opportunities to develop marketing strategies and professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Junior or Senior enrolled full time at a college or university.
• Must have three months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start from the 1st day of training Monday May 17.
• Must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast-paced, team-based environment and assist in daily management tasks.
• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, assist customers, and contribute to marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition with possible performance incentives.
