Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Hendersonville, NC invites you to a paid Management Internship. From day one you’ll learn what it takes to run a business and develop leadership skills alongside peers, with real challenges similar to first- and second-year professionals.

The 10–12 week program starts May 17 and places you in a team-based environment at 1907 Spartanburg Hwy, aiming to build relationships with customers, develop marketing strategies, and manage a fleet while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior enrolled full-time from a college or university.
• Three months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with start from May 17.
• Must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Possible performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
