Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a Management Internship in Wilmington, NC. You will be paid $15.00/hr and gain hands-on experience in managing a fleet, serving customers, and developing marketing strategies.

The program begins May 17, 2027, with in-person training for the first two weeks. The internship runs 10–12 weeks and requires full availability during training and early deployment.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior enrolled full-time with graduation by May 2028.
• At least 3 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 10–12 week commitment, start availability in May.
• Must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support fleet management and customer service initiatives.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies and customer relationships.
• Engage in intern projects and compete in performance incentives.
