Enterprise's Dickinson Management Internship offers hands-on business and leadership experience for university students. From day one, you’ll be paid and challenged to contribute to fleet operations, customer care, and marketing strategy in a collaborative team setting.

You’ll complete intern projects, engage in friendly competition with peers, and may qualify for performance incentives and referrals, building marketable management skills for post-graduation opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester graduating with a Bachelor's Degree no later than May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in May.

• Develop a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with peers.
• Eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
