Job summary

Enterprise invites university students to join its Management Internship at Durham, NC, offering hands-on experience in fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategy. This paid, full-time internship runs for 10-12 weeks with opportunities for performance incentives and referrals.

You’ll start May 17, work 15.00 USD per hour, and gain exposure to real-world business leadership in a team-based environment with peers who support learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Junior or Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college or university with a graduation date of May 2028 at the latest.
• Must have three months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start May 17.
• Must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and serve customers effectively.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Engage in intern projects and compete in friendly challenges with peers.
