Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Denver for university students. This paid internship runs full-time, about 40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $19.50 per hour.

You’ll join a team-based environment and work closely with peers to learn how to run a fleet, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies. Responsibilities include completing intern projects, learning from Management Trainees, and possibly earning performance incentives and referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program and graduating by May 2028.
• Valid driver’s license with ≤2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must reside in Colorado or attend college in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Join Enterprise Management Internship program and gain hands-on experience in vehicle fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategies.
• Work on intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition.
