Job summary

Enterprise operates an Idaho Falls Management Internship that gives paid, real-world leadership experience for college students. From day one you’ll be integrated into the branch, learning what it takes to run the operation, manage customers and grow skills valuable to your career.

You’ll work on intern projects, engage in team challenges and network with peers while developing marketing strategies and relationships with customers and coworkers in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in college full time and graduate by May 2028.
• Must have a valid US driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Background check required, including driving (no more than 2 moving violations; no DUI/DWI in last 3 years).
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage a fleet of vehicles and take care of customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition.
