Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Boise or Meridian, Idaho. The program is designed to build valuable business and leadership skills for university students, with day-one experience that mirrors that of full-time professionals.

Interns will work in a team-based setting, learning how to run a fleet, serve customers, and contribute to marketing efforts. The internship runs mid-May through August and places interns at the Boise/Meridian branches.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in college full time and be a rising Senior graduating no later than May 2028.
• Must have a valid US driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Develop leadership and management skills through intern projects and a team-based environment.
• Gain hands-on experience in fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategy development.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer-to-peer competition and potential incentives.
