Job summary

Enterprise’s Management Internship in Boise invites university students to gain real-world leadership experience. As a paid internship, you will join a team, learn what it takes to run a business, and tackle challenges alongside first and second year professionals.

From day one, you will develop skills in fleet management, customer service, and marketing, while completing projects and competing in a healthy, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in college full time and be a rising Senior.
• Must have a valid US driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• We will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as required by, and consistent with, applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Support fleet management duties and customer care while learning marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition.
• Eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
