Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Maintenance Apprenticeship Program participant in Jupiter, FL. This full-time paid role develops maintenance technicians through classroom and on‑the‑job training, focusing on preventive maintenance, machinery rebuilds, and troubleshooting across our facilities.

The program starts with hands-on shadowing, PM scheduling, and project support, with safety as a priority. Minimum high school diploma; associate degree and vocational certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2 years of maintenance or related manufacturing experience.
• Travel up to 30% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Shadow operators and experienced techs to learn preventative maintenance.
• Perform scheduled PMs on machinery and assist with rebuilds.
• Support downed equipment repair during shifts and document activities.
• Follow safety procedures and plant rules; log learning objectives.
• Attend OEM trainings and apply learnings on return to the plant.
