Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking candidates for the Maintenance Apprenticeship Program (MAP) in Chester, VA. This full-time, paid program develops Maintenance Technicians through a mix of classroom training and on-the-job experience.

Participants will learn preventative maintenance, machine rebuilds, and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment. MAP participants will shadow senior staff, perform PMs, contribute to projects, and document learnings while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree in maintenance field.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and learn from Operators, Preventative Maintenance Mechanics, Maintenance Technicians, and Sr. Maintenance Technicians.
• Perform scheduled PM's on machinery as needed.
• Assist with maintenance projects & machine rebuilds.
• Assist with downed equipment repair during the production shift as needed.
• Research and documentation using a computer.
• Follow safety procedures and company rules.
