Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Groveland, FL seeks a Maintenance Apprenticeship Program (MAP) participant to learn maintenance skills through a mix of classroom and on-the-job training. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot machinery, and participate in repairs under guidance of experienced staff.

The program starts June 2027 and offers an hourly pay rate of $28.90, with benefits typical for Niagara’s total rewards approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 2 years in maintenance or similar manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: 4 years in maintenance or similar manufacturing environment.
• Ability to understand math, geometry and measuring using a ruler and caliper.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and learn from Operators and Maintenance staff.
• Perform scheduled PMs on machinery.
• Assist with maintenance projects and machine rebuilds.
• Assist with downed equipment repair during production shifts.
• Research and document using a computer.
• Follow safety procedures and company rules.
• Attend OEM trainings and apply learnings.
• Perform on-demand maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Complete daily responsibilities as assigned.
• Explain and demonstrate learning objectives for each activity.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Associate's Degree in a maintenance related field

Vocational Technical School Certificate in a maintenance-related field
