Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Maintenance Apprenticeship Program participant to join our Mesa facility. This full-time MAP role combines classroom training with on-the-job instruction to build skilled maintenance technicians.

You will shadow senior technicians, perform preventive maintenance, and help rebuild equipment while learning safety procedures and plant standards. Salary starts at $30/hour and includes benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in maintenance or similar manufacturing environment.
• Travel up to 30% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Operators and senior techs to learn maintenance skills.
• Perform scheduled PMs on machinery and assist with projects.
• Assist with machine rebuilds and downed equipment repair.
• Document work and must follow safety procedures.
• Follow company rules and maintain punctuality.
