Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to understand and do math, geometry and measuring.
• Willingness to learn through classroom and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and learn from Operators, Preventative Maintenance Mechanics, Maintenance Technicians, and Sr. Maintenance Technicians.
• Perform scheduled PMs on machinery and assist with maintenance projects and machine rebuilds.
• Assist with downed equipment repair during production shifts as needed.
• Research and document findings using a computer and follow safety procedures.
