Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Apprenticeship Program participant in Las Vegas, NV to develop into a Maintenance Technician through classroom and on-the-job training. The program pays $31.00 per hour and combines hands-on repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.

As an MAP participant you will shadow qualified technicians, perform PMs, assist with machine rebuilds and on-demand repairs, document work, and follow safety procedures while

Qualifications

• 2 years - experience in maintenance or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience may include a combination of work experience and Vocational Technician education.
• 30% travel may be required.
• Preferred: 4 years - experience in maintenance or similar manufacturing environment.
• Vocational Tech certificate in maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and learn from Operators, PM Mechanics, and Maintenance Technicians.
• Perform scheduled PM's on machinery as needed.
• Assist with maintenance projects and machine rebuilds.
• Assist with downed equipment repair during production shifts.
• Research and document work using a computer.
• Follow safety procedures and company rules.
• Attend OEM trainings and apply learnings in plant.
• Complete daily responsibilities under direct supervision.
