Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Dallas, TX, is seeking participants for a Maintenance Apprenticeship Program (MAP). This full-time, paid apprenticeship develops maintenance technicians through classroom and on‑the‑job training to perform preventative maintenance, rebuild equipment, and troubleshoot manufacturing systems.

Starting June 2027, the program offers hands-on learning, safety‑driven work, and opportunities to advance within Niagara’s maintenance department. Pay is $31.00/hr.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in maintenance or similar manufacturing environment.
• Travel up to 30% of the time.
• Preferred: 4+ years in maintenance or similar environment.
• Ability to understand and perform math, geometry and measurements with ruler and caliper.
• Ability to read blueprints & schematics.
• Excellent attendance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and learn from Operators and senior technicians.
• Perform scheduled PMs on machinery.
• Assist with maintenance projects and machine rebuilds.
• Assist with downed equipment repair during production shifts.
• Research and document work using a computer.
• Follow safety procedures and company rules.
• Attend OEM trainings and apply learnings.
• Explain and demonstrate learning objectives for activities.
• Duties may change at any time.
