Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking candidates for a Maintenance Apprenticeship Program in Dallas, TX. This full-time, paid role offers on-the-job training under seasoned technicians and hands-on experience with preventive maintenance, machine rebuilds, and production support.

The program requires a high school diploma or GED and prefers an associate’s degree in maintenance. A Vocational Tech certificate is required. The pay rate is $31.00/hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance or similar manufacturing experience.
• Preferred: 4+ years in maintenance.
• Must understand math, geometry and measurement with ruler/caliper.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and learn from Operators, Preventative Maintenance Mechanics, Maintenance Technicians, and Sr. Maintenance Technicians.
• Perform scheduled PM's on machinery as needed.
• Assist with maintenance projects and machine rebuilds.
• Assist with downed equipment repair during the production shift as needed.
• Research and documentation using a computer.
• Work safely and follow written procedures.
