Job summary

Central Vermont Medical Center (CVMC) invites applications for the LNA-In-Training program. Trainees will work under licensed nurses, learn direct patient care, and prepare for full-time roles on their units.

Participants are paid while training and may transition to full-time after licensure, with benefits and a clear pathway from LNA to RN. Commitment to CVMC values and patient-centered care is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for hospital units.
• High school diploma or GED completed or in progress required for Woodridge.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must demonstrate ability to follow instructions and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services under supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assist with unit functions and patient care.
• Support CVMC/WDR policies and procedures.
