The Federal Reserve Board offers an undergraduate/graduate internship designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple HR functions. You will work on onboarding, training, outreach, recruiting, data analysis, and operations tasks under supervision, preparing you for roles in both private and public sectors. Internships are paid and may be in-person, remote, or hybrid depending on team needs.

U.S. citizenship is required, and applicants must be enrolled and returning to their program after

Competenze

• Rising senior currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Management, Accounting/Finance, Information Systems, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management, organization, and time management skills; ability to learn quickly with attention to detail, proactive mindset, and adaptability.
• Must be able to work full-time for 10–12 weeks in Washington, D.C.
