Competenze

• Intern will provide administrative support to Managers, Contract Specialists, and other functional areas within the Division of Financial Management.
• Intern will assist procurement staff members with assembling contract files, reviewing file documentation, and conducting contract validations and may perform tasks such as simplified acquisitions, contract modifications, and event planning.
• In support of the automation project, may assist to create process workflows and procedures.
• Intern may also assist staff with researching and creating bidder's lists, creating reports and metrics, assist with planning and logistics of procurement and supplier diversity events.
• Intern will also assist with compliance and policy related projects including strategic analysis and research.
