The Recruitment Sourcer Intern role supports matching and messaging candidates, shadowing communications, and building targeted marketing lists for the Sales team in an in-office setting. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and schedule.

Qualifications

• Matching and messaging candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Shadowing candidate and client communication via emails and calls.
• Finding highly specialized candidates on resume database sites such as ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, and others.
• Building targeted marketing lists in niche technical industries for the Sales team.
• Formatting resumes and creating candidate marketing profiles.

We work as a team across Recruiters, Sales, Sourcers, and Lead Generators. While many recruitment firms rely heavily on cold calling, we focus more on pinpoint recruitment through targeted messaging that leads to warm conversations.
