Job summary

PA is seeking an Industrial Design Intern for a paid, in‑person role in Boston, MA, for about four months. You will work with industrial designers, engineers, strategists, and technologists to contribute across the full product development lifecycle.

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed degree in Industrial Design or related field with strong problem‑solving skills.
Portfolio shows design process, concept exploration, storytelling, and well‑crafted outcomes.
Proficiency in 2D design (sketching, visualization, Adobe Creative Suite) and 3D modeling/rendering (SolidWorks/KeyShot).
Hands‑on prototyping and model‑making experience; strong communication and collaboration.
Interest in emerging technologies and Generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

Support design process from research, ideation to concept development and implementation.
Communicate ideas through sketching, CAD modeling, rendering and storytelling using physical and digital tools.
Collaborate across disciplines to solve complex challenges and support client/internal initiatives.
