We’re looking for a paid, in-person Industrial Design Intern to join our team for approximately 4 months to contribute to meaningful client and internal projects that create real-world impact.

What You’ll Do

• Support the design process from research and ideation through concept development, refinement, and implementation.
• Communicate ideas through sketching, CAD modeling, rendering, prototyping, and storytelling, using both physical and digital tools.

What We’re Looking For

• You’re currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Design or a related field, with strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Your portfolio demonstrates thoughtful design process, concept exploration, visual storytelling, aesthetic judgment, and well‑crafted outcomes.
• You have proficiency in 2D design (sketching, visualization, Adobe Creative Suite) and 3D modeling and rendering (SolidWorks and KeyShot preferred), along with hands‑on prototyping and model‑making experience.
• You possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with an interest in emerging technologies and Generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Vizcom, or Microsoft Copilot.

Additional Information

Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week as needed.

This salary range is specific to Massachusetts and is commensurate with experience, market data, applicant skills, internal equity and/or degrees/certifications. Salary Range: $33/hr
