Smart Data Solutions, a health-tech solutions provider, seeks an Implementation Analyst, Intern for our Dallas, TX office. The role involves analyzing client workflows, configuring systems, and delivering end-to-end implementation support, with exposure to project management, testing, and go-live activities.

The internship offers paid experience in healthcare software implementations, collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Operations, and a chance to drive adoption through change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, business analysis, or professional services.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, Six Sigma, or similar are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document current-state workflows and system usage.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and manage implementation milestones and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilization.
