Job summary

Judi Health, a health tech company, seeks an Implementation Analytics Intern to support automated claims monitoring and anomaly detection for new client implementations across pharmacy and medical products.

You will analyze claims data, develop automated processes, and contribute to a scalable monitoring framework ahead of growth in 2027. The role offers exposure to healthcare analytics with a hybrid work model in Denver or NYC area.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, CS, Math, IS, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience using Python and SQL for data analysis, reporting, or automation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience with structured datasets and data cleansing, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pharmacy and medical claims data to identify trends, anomalies, and issues during post-go-live stabilization.
• Support development of automated monitoring processes to reduce manual reviews.
• Work with implementation leaders to understand benefit designs and workflows.
• Develop SQL queries and Python analytics to evaluate adjudication outcomes and detect inconsistencies.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for actionable insights.
• Assist in evaluating large datasets to identify configuration, eligibility, formulary, network, or medical issues.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to support anomaly detection model development.
• Document findings, methodologies, and recommendations for leadership.
• Present project progress, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support development of a repeatable monitoring framework across Judi Health products.
