Job summary

Judi Health is seeking an Implementation Analytics Intern to help design and develop automated claims monitoring and anomaly detection for new client implementations in pharmacy and medical products.

You will work with the Implementation team to analyze claims data, identify trends, and build automated processes that improve post-go-live monitoring and reduce manual review efforts, contributing to a scalable framework ahead of 2027 growth.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, CS, Maths, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience using Python and SQL for data analysis, reporting, or automation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience with structured datasets, data cleansing, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pharmacy and medical claims data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues during post-go-live stabilization.
• Support development of automated monitoring processes reducing manual claims reviews.
• Work with implementation leaders to understand benefit designs and workflows.
• Develop SQL queries and Python analytics to evaluate claim adjudication outcomes.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for actionable implementation insights.
• Assist in evaluating large datasets to identify configuration, eligibility, formulary, network, or medical issues.
