Job summary

Judi Health seeks an Implementation Analytics Intern to help design automated claims monitoring and anomaly detection for new client implementations across pharmacy and medical products. You will analyze claims data, identify trends, and help build automated processes to improve post-go-live monitoring and reduce manual reviews.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, CS, Mathematics, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience using Python and SQL for data analysis, reporting, or automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience working with structured datasets and performing data cleansing, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pharmacy and medical claims data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential implementation issues during post-go-live stabilization periods.
• Support the development of automated monitoring processes that reduce reliance on manual claims reviews.
• Work with implementation leaders to understand benefit designs, configuration intent, and operational workflows.
• Develop SQL queries and Python-based analytics to evaluate claim adjudication outcomes and detect inconsistencies.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable implementation insights.
• Assist in evaluating large datasets to identify potential configuration, eligibility, formulary, network, or medical benefit issues.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to support anomaly detection model development.
• Document findings, methodologies, and recommendations for implementation leadership.
• Present project progress, insights, and recommendations to leadership stakeholders.
• Support development of a repeatable monitoring framework that can scale across multiple Judi Health products and lines of business.
