KeyCorp’s Summer 2027 Corporate Center internship places you in the Employee Experience team within the Key Experience and Design (KeyXD) group. You will work on projects that enhance the employee experience and collaborate with bank partners to bring ideas to life.

The program runs 10.5 weeks with mentorship, Learning Labs, and networking to develop professional skills and industry insight, preparing you for a future career at Key.

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least two years toward a four-year undergraduate degree.
• Coursework in Customer Experience, Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, Communications, Journalism, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and delivery of reward and recognition programs and events across the bank.
• Anchor employee experience programs to business strategies and priorities.
• Connect programs to success through metrics, surveys, and feedback.
• Build relationships and influence internal stakeholders to improve programs.
• Monitor benchmarks and make concise recommendations to evolve programs.

The program includes networking with Key teammates across all levels of the organization, a series of Learning Labs where internal and external speakers provide insight on Key’s competitive landscape, financial wellness, and professional development best practices, and an assigned mentor who shares knowledge, experience, and advice.**Job Summary**We are seeking a highly motivated and creative intern to get hands-on experience with the Employee Experience capability within the Key Experience and Design (KeyXD) team. The successful candidate will have a passion for working closely with business partners across the bank to develop and integrate strategies to enhance the overall employee experience. The candidate will have the opportunity to gain project experience on generating and integrating employee ideas, recognition and celebrations to support a client-centric culture. This person should have a desire to learn new skills and methods and have an interest in experience opportunities specific to the financial sector.**About the Key Experience and Design (KeyXD) Team**The Key Experience and Design (KeyXD) team are passionate advocates for KeyBank’s clients and teammates. We combine transformational experience capabilities across research & analysis, experience strategy, design & development, and employee experience. These capabilities are used to collaborate across the bank to create relevant and differentiated experiences that drive client, teammate and business outcomes.The Employee Experience capability curates’ programs to improve employee experiences by creating a culture of connection and making employees feel valued through meaningful recognition.
