Nevada Heating is recruiting for an entry-level HVAC apprentice in Sparks, NV. You’ll train full-time on-site, earning up to $24 per hour while you learn, with hands-on guidance from our residential service team.

The six-week program covers service, repair, and installation. You must have HVAC trade school certification or be a recent graduate, plus a willingness to commit to 40–60 hours weekly and perfect attendance during training.

Qualifications

• HVAC trade school graduate OR residential HVAC helper experience under 1 year is required.
• Clean driving record for past 2 years.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Available 40–60 hours per week for the full 6-week program.
• Perfect attendance required during training; no pre-arranged absences.

Responsibilities

• Attend a 6-week paid apprentice program with hands-on training in service, repair, and installation.
• Learn from experienced HVAC technicians and progress through milestones.
