Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is hiring entry-level technicians to support installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial HVAC systems. You will assist with preventive maintenance, perform routine repairs, and help with calibration after installation, working in a team to ensure customer satisfaction.

With HVAC trade school preparation and EPA/NATE certifications preferred, successful candidates are self-motivated, capable of climbing ladders, and willing to travel locally for

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• HVAC trade school completion strongly preferred with good attendance.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.
• 1+ year in mechanical support role, some HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Maintain HVAC systems using technical skills.
• Work in a team-based environment to share workload and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned; flexible for overtime and weekend work.
