Job summary

Executive Jet Management (a Berkshire Hathaway company) invites applications for a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Summer Intern at its Cincinnati, Ohio headquarters. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Must be comfortable with office software (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet research.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• organized, task-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Help prepare onboarding materials and coordinate orientation sessions.
• Create and maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Enter data into HR systems and generate reports on metrics.
• Support compliance with labor laws and audits;
• Perform general office tasks such as answering phones and managing correspondence.
