Job summary

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a Flight Support (Dispatch) Summer Intern to join our Cincinnati, Ohio headquarters for a paid 10-week program from June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027. Expect 35-40 hours per week with local student preference and a path toward a dispatch certificate.

Relocation stipends are not offered; interns handle relocation costs. Open to sophomores and juniors pursuing aviation studies and related credentials.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
• Task-oriented, organized, and conscientious.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with internet research.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete department assigned project(s) in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate directly with a department mentor; set goals and monitor progress.
• Develop an understanding of the EJM operations, approach, methodology & tools.
• Flight following
• Ordering and confirming crew food
• Crew communication
• Shadowing Flight Support Specialists
