U.S. Bank is offering a 10-week Human Resources Internship designed to build core HR principles through formal training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders in Charlotte or Minneapolis.

You will work on HR projects, learn how talent strategy aligns with business objectives, and grow your HR and business acumen while engaging with a supportive peer community. Qualified undergraduates pursuing HR/Business disciplines with graduation dates in Dec 2027 or May 2028 can start on June 7, 2027,

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree (HR, Labor Relations, Business, Communications, Management, or Organizational Psychology) with a target graduation date Dec 2027 or May 2028.
• Ability to start internship program on June 7, 2027 in Minneapolis, MN or Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on experience working on human resources projects that impact the business.
• Learn how talent principles are incorporated in business strategies.
• Develop HR and business acumen through training, mentorship, and exposure to senior executives.
