Job summary

UBS is seeking ambitious students for its 2027 Human Resources Summer Internship Program, based in NY/NJ. You will rotate through generalist and specialist HR roles—from recruitment to development and employee relations—and join projects that connect you to a global network of contacts.

You will work alongside HR colleagues, learning the full employee lifecycle, while mentors support you and help develop new skills in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Will graduate between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Values: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
• Evidence of how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through different HR areas including recruiting, reward and development.
• Work on cross-business projects to gain a global network of contacts.
• Participate in day-to-day HR operations with mentors and senior colleagues.
