Job summary

Bass Pro Shops invites applications for the Big Cedar Lodge Summer Hospitality Internship Program. The internship offers hands-on experience in guest-facing departments and professional development in hospitality, with leadership exposure and real-world industry knowledge.

On-site housing is available for interns for a weekly rental fee, providing convenient living close to work and Big Cedar’s amenities. Interns will participate in weekly training and mentorship throughout the program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Currently a junior or senior in college with ≥60 credits.
• Preferred majors: Hospitality Management, Sports & Recreation, Business, Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly hospitality training courses.
• Actively work in assigned department in a safe manner.
• Participate in group project with assigned mentor.
• Assist with guest services as needed.
