Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or technical service program recognized by RDO Equipment Co.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and solid attendance record to remain eligible for program benefits.
• Gain experience using mechanical tools on the job while learning in a supportive environment.
• Strong computer skills and a passion for customer service will set you apart.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn alongside a skilled mentor how to diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service real equipment—hands-on experience beyond the classroom.
• Document machine details and repair work on service orders to help keep the team informed and efficient.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized and demonstrate care for tools and machines.
