• Hands-on experience using mechanical tools while on the job.
• Strong computer skills and a passion for customer service; clear written and verbal communication; organized and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service real equipment with hands‑on guidance.
• Document machine details and repairs on service orders; track parts and fluids used.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and demonstrate pride in tools and equipment.
