Responsibilities

• Participate in in-person classroom and hands‑on training focused on medical administrative and office support skills.
• Learn and apply core competencies in scheduling, patient registration, electronic health records, and communication.
• Engage in Microsoft Office and data management training, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and customer service skills throughout all aspects of the fellowship.
• Participate in BMCHS orientation, shadowing, and department-based activities during the final two weeks of the program.
• Successfully complete all coursework and program requirements in preparation for the CMAA exam.
