Job summary

Mercor is seeking a hands-on paid growth specialist to design and pressure-test high-fidelity simulated work environments for evaluating AI agents in real marketing workflows. You will own paid acquisition tasks, test briefs, and the decision criteria used to judge performance.

You will work with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4, and you will create artifacts, reference answers, and rubrics that reflect expert practitioner standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience running paid acquisition with budget and results ownership.
• Fluent with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics 4.
• Experience building AI training environments, RL environments or simulated case studies is preferred.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification is strongly preferred.
• Clear written reasoning explaining why decisions are right.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from your paid acquisition work, detailing the tested issue and the decision to reach.
• Specify the documents, dashboards, personas and tool states required for the task.
• Write or review the reference answer and criteria that distinguish strong vs. plausible responses.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your standard.
