The Kroger Co. is offering a Summer Graphic Design Internship in Cincinnati to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced innovative environment. You will help shape how our associates connect through visual storytelling and elevate internal communications across the enterprise.

This 15-week program provides on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders. Spring 2027 dates: January 11 - April 23.

Qualifications

• Active pursuit of a design-related degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities between school and work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Design engaging, on-brand materials for training and onboarding.
• Collaborate across teams as a creative consultant to elevate internal brand identity.
• Use data-driven storytelling to connect associates' work to business strategy.
