The Kroger Summer Internship Program offers a 15-week immersive experience for aspiring designers in Cincinnati. You will contribute to internal communications, develop on-brand materials, and collaborate across teams to elevate our associate experience.

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will gain hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders while refining your visual storytelling, layout, and digital design skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a design-related degree at an accredited college or university with a preferred GPA.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship is required for employment in Kroger Co.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter who works well independently and in groups.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Design engaging, on-brand materials for training, onboarding, and internal associate programs.
• Partner across teams as a creative consultant to elevate internal brand identity and routine tasks with fresh thinking.
• Use data-driven storytelling to connect associates' work to Kroger's business strategy and elevate the employer brand.
