You will gain mentorship, real-world project exposure, and opportunities to work with senior leaders while developing professional competencies across recruiting, events, and intern programming. Applicants must have US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Open to all majors pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship.
• Highly motivated with initiative to own tasks.
• Strong leadership and ability to work solo or in teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities alongside academics.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts by screening candidates, reviewing applications, and assisting with candidate selection processes
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, including communicating with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams
• Assist with candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruiting and interview process
• Support the continued development and execution of the internship programs
• Develop, plan, and schedule intern events and programming that create a positive and engaging intern experience
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities for incoming interns
• Help brand and promote the internship program to attract qualified candidates and strengthen awareness of internship opportunities
• Travel to local events, meetings, career fairs, and other recruiting or intern activities as needed
