Job summary

Health Solutions is offering a paid internship for Master’s students in Counseling or a related field, located in Pueblo, CO. The program provides supervised clinical practice hours toward licensure as an LPC, with weekly supervision by a licensed clinician and exposure to trauma, substance use disorders, and integrated health care.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in a CACREP-accredited Master’s program in Counseling or related field.
• Starting final-year practicum or internship.
• Commit to 20–24 hours per week for at least two consecutive semesters (600 total hours).
• Affiliation agreement (MOU) with Health Solutions or willingness to obtain one.
• Possess internship handbook and meet minimum direct client contact hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to clients using evidence-based modalities (CBT, person-centered, psychodynamic).
• Conduct diagnostic interviews and formulate DSM-5-TR diagnoses.
• Develop measurable treatment plans and document in EHR.
• Engage in clinical research reviews, case conferences, and ethics discussions.
