Job summary

WSFS Bank is offering a paid 10-week Summer Internship Program for ambitious college students beginning in June 2027. Interns will work across multiple bank departments, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to real business initiatives.

Participants will receive one-on-one mentorship with executives, engage in professional development activities, and network through events and volunteer initiatives. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Business-related or related college major preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027.
• Reliable transportation.
• Available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Available for in-person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a WSFS Bank office.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours/week) starting first week of June through August.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks, including MS Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
