Lyte Fiber, LLC is seeking a hands-on Sales and Community Outreach Intern in Houston to promote our fiber internet services. You’ll engage residents directly, explain options, and support local grassroots campaigns.

This paid internship offers hourly pay plus commission opportunities and experiential learning in grassroots marketing and customer interaction. You will visit neighborhoods, help with events, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and drive community

Qualifications

• Interest in learning sales, marketing, or business.
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with people in person.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn new skills.
• Available for a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends for events.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit neighborhoods to promote Lyte Fiber services through direct, in-person outreach.
• Communicate product benefits and help residents understand their options for faster internet.
• Support grassroots marketing campaigns, including distributing flyers, posting signage, and local outreach.
• Represent Lyte Fiber at community events, festivals, farmers markets, and pop-up booths.
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to share field feedback and refine strategies.
• Track activity and performance metrics under the guidance of a mentor or team lead.
